Any participation in the Contest shall be regulated by these terms and conditions (“Contest Terms and Conditions”), which shall remain in full force and effect.
1.1 The Contest is open to individuals above the age of eight (8) years at the time of participation of the Contest.
1.2 The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest:
(a) permanent employees and/or independent contractors of the Organiser (including its subsidiaries and related companies), including their respective immediate family members, meaning parents, spouses, children and siblings; and
(b) representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest management agents) of the Organiser, including their respective immediate family members, meaning parents, spouses, children and siblings.
1.3 The Organiser shall reserve the right to exclude and/or disqualify participants who do not satisfy the eligibility criteria and/or who are in breach of the Contest Terms and Conditions.
2. Contest Mechanics
2.1 Participants are required to follow the steps below to qualify:
Step 1: Follow “Radiant Rangoli Videos” on Facebook and Write the Review of Radiant Rangoli App at Google Playstore and WhatsApp (+91-7067106791) the screenshot of the same.
Step 2: Like and Share the “Celebrate with Rangoli” picture posted on our aforementioned social media platform.
Step 3: Download our Android App Radiant Rangoli and register from your social account.
Step 4: Go to the ‘Upload’ from Side Menu and to submit your design in the ‘Designs’ section. Choose the ‘#Contest’ Category and appropriate Tags with your rangoli design. Click on ‘Browse’ to upload your design.
Note: Participants may post ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY.
Step 5: Selected entries will put on voting in the ‘Voting Period’. Ask people in your social circle to vote (Like) for your entry. Leave a Review for Radiant Rangoli App at Google Playstore.
2.2 Repetition of the same photo or caption (spamming), incomplete or ineligible entries will be disqualified.

3: चयनित प्रविष्टियां ‘वोटिंग अवधि’ (22-25 नवंबर) में वोटिंग के लिये ऑपन होंगी।
3. Winner Selection and Announcement
3.1 Organiser will select the winners based on the following criteria.
(a) Quality of Rangoli Design
(b) Number of Likes (Votes)
3.2 Organiser holds the right to disqualify Participants doing spam to win the contest in an unethical way.
3.2 During the Prize redemption, the Winners shall present their identification card to the Organiser for verification purposes.
3.3 Prizes can only be delivered for Indian address. Also, they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-resalable for cash/product.
3.4 Only participants who fulfil the Contest Mechanics stated above shall be eligible to win the Prize. Incomplete entries and/or participants that fail to fulfil the Contest Mechanics will automatically be disqualified from the Contest without notice.
3.5 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice and all Prizes are non-transferable to another individual and absolutely non-negotiable.
3.6 In the event, for any reason whatsoever, the Winner is unable to collect the winning prize within the ‘Prize Distribution Period’, the Organiser shall not reimburse or compensate the Winner. The Organiser shall not be obliged to give extension notice of the Prize Collection Period. Any unclaimed Prize after the Prize Collection Period will be forfeited.
3.7 Participants are not allowed to appoint representatives for Prize collection. The Prize shall be accepted entirely at the risk of the Winner, and the Organiser excludes all warranties in connection with the Prize to the extent permitted by law.
3.8 In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a Prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that Prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of the Organiser.
4. Liability and Privacy Notice
4.1 Participants and/or their heirs shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents (including death) resulting from their participation in the Contest, event, redemption and/or utilisation of the prizes and agree to release and hold the Organizer free and harmless of any liability.
4.2 By participating in the Contest, the participants hereby give their consent to and authorise the Organiser to disclose their particulars to third-party service providers and/or partners engaged by the Organizer for purposes of the Contest and/or any customer survey in understanding participants’ behaviour.
4.3 Participants may not use the Contest for the expression of political or religious ideas, pornography, obscenity, vulgarity, hatred, bigotry, racism or gratuitous violence.
4.4 The Organiser has the right to refuse any entry which contains material which is offensive, injurious, obscene, vindictive, indecent, immoral, aggressive, sexually-oriented, racist, derisive, slanderous, discriminatory, or in any other way not in line with good taste and decency, or which the Organizer deems in its sole discretion to be otherwise unacceptable.
4.5 Entries may not conflict with applicable law or regulations, or the rights of third parties, including without limitation featuring people who have not consented to their image being entered and featuring copyright protected works or names, logos and registered trademarks without the right holder’s consent.
4.6 Entries may not in any way harm the Organiser, its affiliates.
4.7 The Organiser retains the right to exclude participants from participating in the contest and to delete entries if these are not in line or in conflict with these Contest Terms and Conditions.
4.8 The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.
4.9 By joining this Contest, the Organiser reserves the right to process the information provided by the participant for any future marketing activities and those relevant to it according to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) (2010).
4.12 The Organiser shall reserve the rights to use the names and/or photographs of the participants as materials for the purposes of advertising, trade and/or publicity such as adding or editing graphic elements of the photos, without any prior notice to the participants. The Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
5. Other Terms and Conditions
5.1 The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.
5.2 By participating in this Contest, the participants agree to be bound by these Contest Terms and Conditions and the decision of the Organiser.
5.3 The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to these Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
